The permission belongs to Antillephone, not to the brand
Primedice cites gaming licence 8048/JAZ issued to Antillephone, and names Slicemedia B.V. at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Curaçao, as the company behind the site. Those are 2 different legal persons, and the difference is the whole reason this row reads the way it does.
Two names, one licence number
The opening section of the terms gives Slicemedia B.V., head office Fransche Bloemweg 4, Curaçao, and cites gaming licence 8048/JAZ issued to Antillephone.
Read that sentence slowly. The number belongs to Antillephone, a master-licence holder, and the site is operated by Slicemedia B.V. Under the older Curaçao arrangement a master licensee could extend its permission to sub-operators, and a citation of this shape is what that looked like on the page.
It is a different fact from the one on four other rows here. Bitcasino.io, Bitsler, Cloudbet and Stake each name a number issued directly to the company that runs the site, and each of those resolves in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register to a certificate carrying that company’s own name. A number issued to somebody else fails that test.
This site records what the document says rather than judging the arrangement. What it declines to do is print a licence number in the column as though it belonged to the operator, because that is precisely the kind of small elision that becomes a fact after two hops between comparison sites.
The opening section names Slicemedia B.V., head office Fransche Bloemweg 4, Curacao, and cites "gaming license 8048/JAZ issued to Antillephone". The licence is therefore held in Antillephone's name, not in Primedice's own.
Verification lives in the AML policy
Primedice states its identity duty in an anti-money-laundering policy rather than in a numbered clause of the terms, so the comparison table has a rule to report and no clause number to print beside it.
The rule itself is a discretion. Documents may be requested where the operator considers it appropriate, with the amount omitted, which is the form eight of the ten use. The verification page explains why a rule without an amount is a harder thing to plan around than a high threshold.
Two columns that stay empty
A coin count is absent from the documents. So is a withdrawal ceiling.
Both cells therefore stay blank, and blank on this site means the document was read and the figure was absent from it. Blank rules out both of the comfortable readings, the zero and the absence of limits — the ceilings page sets out why the unwritten version is the less comfortable of the two.
The Dutch reading
Primedice’s own restricted-country list was read and the Netherlands is absent from it, so the acceptance cell records that the operator’s document is silent on the country.
